how to get facebook like or follow button?

i've been trying to find out for hours how to get a like or follow button on MY OWN FACEBOOK not some other blogging site, can some one please give me step by step instructions? preferably for the LIKE button to my own facebook page, i see it on my friends facebooks that i can like them as well as message them etc, how do i get this button? i tried developers.facebook.com and got the url like box/button codes but i don't know where to paste them onto my facebook to get the button, please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Like Button is Already Built into Facebook you Do Not Need to Put any Code on Facebook and Facebook Does Not Allow HTML you Cant Have Any Extra Like Buttons
