hi everyone!I have been having an internet problem recently.can you help me?
i have a computer and a laptop at home and both of them are connected to the internet.but I can't go to any websites through either internet explorer or google chrome.sometimes I can see "resolving host" under the page.With my laptop sometimes I can go to websites but sometimes not or for example now I can but 1 minute later I can't.and also sometimes when I refresh the page it works.I really don't know what the problem is.I have done the things some people said but none of them helped at all.

Can you please tell me what to do?
Thanks a lot.

it sounds like its something to do with your internet connection. Perhaps youre using wifi? If so your signal could be weak. If you have an internet line straight into your laptop however, then its likely something other than a weak signal.

This sounds like an ISP issue. Unplug your modem and router. First the modem wait about 60 sec. or so and then plug your router back in. Both devices need to POST. If that did not work, I would go into the router config and make sure you are obtaining a public IP from your ISP. If you are not, I would give them a call. If you are, I would bypass the router and plug your laptop directly into the modem and see if you get a connection. If you do, you narrowed it down to the router. If the PC and laptop are wireless, check the settings. Sometimes wireless cards do not work will with certain routers. This is rare these days, but can still happen.

it is because of dns servers of your isp so change it google dns severs

1.run
2.control.exe /name Microsoft.NetworkAndSharingCenter
(copy and paste it in run)

3.click on
connections: (which ever is your connection is like Ethernet,wifi,local area network etc.)

a new menu will pop up

see which is your connection type ip4 or ip6 if it ip4 it will say
ip4 connectivity: Internet

or if ip6 it will say

ip6 connectivity: Internet

4.go to properties
5.double click on internet protocol version now you know which is connection ip4 or ip6
6.click on
use the following dns server adress
now if its ip4 then
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4

if its ip6 then
2001:4860:4860::8888
2001:4860:4860::8844

reboot your computer. done!!!!!!
