Viber-has someone deleted their account or can u change the time of last online to go backwards in time?

I have a friend I`m worried about. They normally always online on "Viber" for iphone.. and responding. They have not been online the whole day. The last seen status was:

"Online today 7:40am" ...it has been a few hours... however it changed to
"Online Yesterday at 11.42am".. How is this even possible??? Its gone backwards in time!!

Have they deleted viber or changed their settings? The message i sent at around 9am today is sent but not delivered..

Hi,
"Online" means that Viber is running in the foreground or background (the user is available for calls or messages). When the phone has no internet connection, or the user manually used the "Exit" option inside Viber. This changes their status to "Last seen..."

Going backwards in time does sound odd, pls open a support ticket here: http://bit.ly/1aOwGy2 and we'll try to investigate it.
