internet connection issues?

We're having issues connecting our lap top to the internet. Its connected wireless to the sky home hub. It says its connected and the signal strength is excellent, but when we open internet browser or google crome it says there is an issue with connection. When we run the troubleshooter it says it cant detect any faults?!?

We know the internet is working as our phones still connect up.
We've ran our anti viruis but irs turned up nothing.
Ive disconnected and connected again, and tried the old fashioned way with a cable, but still no luck.
Any advice please?

trying turning the hub off an on?
Log in to the hub typing 192.0.0.1 into your browser and have a fiddle with the settings

i believe the user and paasword to log into ur hub is
