What does this hand gesture on Omegle mean?
I feel like the fact that I'm female has something to do with this.

A couple times guys made a 0 sign with their hand, and shook there hand back and forth for a few seconds, then gave me a thumbs up. I have no idea what it meant.

So what does it mean?
