i have a question about ebay?
hi so i am buying a samsung galaxy s4 used just for 1 month and he kept it in the spec case from case 1 price is 410$ plus 10$ shipping so i think this is a good deal i am buying it so is ebay reliable??? but the owner have a reserve price which is hidden from bidders so what if i am a highest bidder at the end and have not exceeded the owner's reserve price which i don't know am i still able to buy that cell phone and also tell me about the reliability of ebay thanks answers will be highly appreciated.
