Why Isn't My Internet Working?
Okay, so here's what happen our electricity went out due to weather conditions and suddenly, me and my mom's internet won't work I did check our internet module and internet conntection to see if it's working. Again and Recently my internet is down and I don't know what's happening can somebody what's going on with our internet we have CenturyLink Oh And By The Way. I Have A Laptop and she has a tablet and no mean comments oh, and Happy New Year Everyone.

You did not specify what kind of inclement weather you had, ie: thunderstorms with lightening, snow & ice. Or the type of internet service, I assume it would be cable internet. If it was lightening you may have a fried modem (happened to me). If it is snow/ice the lines are probably down somewhere you may want to call your internet service provider. They should be able to tell you if they are working on lines. Hope this helps, Happy New Year!

Have you Reset your modem or internet connector[what ever you use]. Should a reset button on it turn it on and hold down that button and your on and off button at same time and wait for it to turn off and then release reset button. [thats how my modem works]
