WHY DOES EVERYONE HAVE AN IPHONE?

Even poor people have them. I mean there not even expensive, so why do people brag about having one and people on facebook are always like "OMG I GOT AN IPHONE FOR MY BIRTHDAY!!" like honestly who gives a crap. My phone cost even more than an iphone so STFU!

I mean they aren't even good quality. My phone I have right now (I got it 2 years ago) is an HTC sensation, and I've dropped it countless times, and it works perfectly fine. WIth an iphone, if you just drop it 1 foot it cracks. (real good quality -_-)

Do people just buy it cause it makes them look like they have money?? cause I mean it doesn't.. it's only $200.

umm dumbassss im talking about with a contract you can get an iphone for $200 so stfu. and if you're talking about without a contract than yes, my phone is $900 and I asked someone at T-Mobile who sells both iphones, and androids and the guy said "iphones are about the name, I've owned both, and the androids are by far much better" and yeah $600 for a phone is cheap so stop. My dad works hard for our money and that is why we have a lot of money

The World today is all about trends. Especially seeing celebrities with them makes it 10x worse. Remember when celebs had a BlackBerry? And then everyone got a BlackBerry before the iPhone/Smart Phones came along.

It's all about being "cool" and fitting in. I'm 25 years old and I've never had a BlackBerry OR iPhone. I dislike annoying trends and just buy things that I TRULY LIKE! I dislike Apple products - they do suck. I still rock a Samsung slide board phone from 3 years ago. Lol. And I love it! No apps, no touch, just basic texting and call.

I also think people like the brag about their $200-300 dollar iPhones. I see a lot of people who make less than $20,000 a year flashing the phone around.

It's not just with phones, though. Look at the Twitter and Instagram craze. I only have Facebook, but I go on it for a few minutes once a week. I'm not on it all day, every day.

The world is brainwashed, lol. It's really sad to watch. People should stop with the phones and computers, go outside and enjoy life...because it's way too short and beautiful to miss. I limit myself to computer time per day also, so this is why I'm here typing to you at this moment. Hehe

They are just excited because they never had a smartphone. They are proud to own one so let them have their fun. Unless they are showing off like a douche than we have problems.

Keep in mind the mentality. They think the higher the price the more value it has. In return they think ut improves their value.

Am I jwalous? No, my andtoid works better and I save money by having it work as wifi only. The money on a dataplan is so not woeth it.

Its not much of a difference an iphone is an iphone. An iphone is overpriced compare to android. I'm android all the way.
