I use social media way too much?
I post on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram wayyy to much. I need help with not getting on them as much. Any tips?

Delete the apps off your phone for 7 days. If you don't have them you can't have them. Find something else to do. Make videos on YouTube, start working out, learn a new language (Italian, Russian, Japanese). Mind over Matter.
