Why is Gumtree declining my ad?

I posted an ad on gumtree took it down because someone was meant to come they didnt, put it back up then another person wanted to buy it so I took the ad down, they tried to trick me by not paying. Now I want to put it back up but gumtree keeps deleting it after 1 min, what should I do? Thanks

They obviously think you are a time waster. Is there a way of contacting them? I browse on gumtree but never posted an ad so I don't know the posting process.

Because you keep deleting the ad and then trying to re-post it, the Automatic system assumes you are trying to get the listing to the top of the page without paying.

Why have you taken the ad off if you haven't sold it?

It isn't sold until you have the money in your hand and the item has gone.

Just say to the person when they say they are coming, first come first served, simple as that.

If they say reserves it just say 'first come first served'.

If they want the item they will come and buy it.

Thing is , you shouldn't remove the ad until the product has been sold, gumtree doesn't like people messing around like this...they assume you are trying to get one over on potential customers and don't have anything to sell.
