when will the .art domains become available to buy?
I am an artist and I want to transfer my .com to a ,art when they are available. I know there are a lot of bids by several registrars that want it and I've seen that the general consensus is that it would be early 2014 that they would be available.

I've been following news on it since late 2012 but I've found very little new information since then. Its early 2014 now so does anyone have any further insite into a more accurate time table?... and maybe even possibly who ICANN will be allowing to manage them? Thanks
P.S. And I'd really appreciate siting where you got your info from, whether it be a link or the media outlet...etc.

The .art domain was about to be released in Spring 2013. But is yet to be released. SO no one knows when it is to be released.
