On Snapchat, if you block a friend, can they still block you if you are still listed in their feed?

On Snapchat, if you block a friend, can they still block you if you are still listed in their feed?
Because after I unblocked them, they never showed back up in my friends list

No, they can't block you because once they're already blocked from your account, they have no contact with you. If you unblocked them, they either blocked you as soon as they saw you on their newsfeed, or something happened to their account.
