USPS Internet explorer has stopped working?

I tried to print a label on the USPS site as usual, but I couldn't print it.
After all the processes of making a label, only the printing process didn't work out.
It just says " Internet explorer has stopped working"....
Any solutions for this?

( I looked up on Internet and I tried most of them, but didn't work out... like trusted site... etc... )

Try using Firefox instead.
