online players problem?

online players problem?
I have antenna internet and when i want to watch some video and shows online mosto of them work fine some not work (wont load or show some error). Can it be because of type of my net because i try on my pc and lap top and not work but i try at my friend and it works, and if it is because of net can i fix it somehow ?
