Need ideas on how to advertise my new cleaning business and creative name? Thanks!?

So, I've decided to start my own cleaning homes business. I'm going with natural and biodegradable products that's safe for us, children, pets. I'm going to be getting some business cards made, but I haven't come up with a name yet. I'm not really sure what it could be, My name is Robin. The past 9 years I've been called Cupcake. So I was thinking Cupcake's Cleaning Crew(eventually I'll want to expand and have people working for me). OR should I have a name to do with my cleaning products being natural. I also listen to music while cleaning.. I'm really not sure. I've just been cleaning my family and friends homes to get the word out. How should I go about advertising my business? I'm getting business cards and I thought about putting them out at local businesses. I wanted to get an ad. in the paper done as well as possibly making fliers and posting them on door knobs. I'm also using facebook and I'm thinking of craigslist.com.. but I'm kinda worried about that. Although, I've gotten a job off of there before. Is there anything else I could do that would help? Is there any names you could think of that would be catchy? Last, but not least.. is there anything I have to do legal wise to start my own business? Thank you for everyone's comments in advance.

I like Cupcake's Cleaning Crew. It sounds cute and fun. Maybe on your business cards and flyers you can state how you use natural and biodegradable products. To advertise you can do things like you said above with flyers, cards, Facebook, and Craigslist would be a good idea too. A good site to get products advertising your company off of would be Vistaprint. They have SOOO many things to choose from that you can make, and it's cheap. You could get T-shirts made with the business name, car magnets, lawn signs that stick in the ground you could put them at stop signs and things like that.

The best way to get many customers is to advertise online, not only through Facebook and Craigslist, but through search engine optimization, also known as SEO. New businesses are using this to get their name ranked on the top results of Google searches. This way, if someone searches for cleaning businesses in your local area, it will come up with your business.
