Why is my facebook friend missing from my list?

I have emailed facebook 5 times before and my problem has still not been fixed. My problem is I am unable to view or access my friends page on facebook after accidently removing her from my list. What I actually wanted to do was "remove" a comment she had made on my wall post via mobile facebook. But instead facebook has seemed to remove her from my friend list and vice versa as she does not have me in her list. I am unable to view her on any mutual friends lists also. She is unable to view my profile too.

This problem started around the 15th June.

Further info:

I deleted my friend's comment through the phone browser on my android, by swiping across the comment and the remove button showed up. I clicked 'remove' and now my friend does not appear on my list nor can I search for her on facebook.


Additional Details
I'm pretty sure I havent blocked her as I mentioned what actually happened. I checked my block list and she is not there. However, I have tried blocking her and unblocking her now and then sending a friend request again.

And yes, I have the same problem on my home computer as well. I have also tried to send an invite by using her email address too but this mesg appears:

'One of the email addresses you entered cannot be invited. The person may be on Facebook but with restricted privacy settings.'

And finally, I have told her to add me but again she is unable to see my profile.

What can I do?

P.S. I made a new account on Facebook just to see if I could view her public profile and with that account I can. I'm able to search for her profile in the search bar.

Your Account must have been blocked by her/him.
if that so, you can't access her/his account at all with your current account.

HMMM..... try calling her on the phone and maybe she has blocked you and you have blocked her so both of u cannnot see each others account.try calling or contacting the fb management that will help maybe they have a way that will unblock your accounts.I hope you and your friend can be friends on fb again.
