why does old wordpress post show up on google?

I googles my website and my old "hello world" page from wordpress show up. Why is this? need help im kind of new to all this

All WordPress sites comes after installation with "Hello World" post. You need to delete it and remove from Google index with URL removal from Webmaster Tools.

Have you deleted it already? The most easiest and laid-back thing that you can do it to wait until Google's index refreshes, it is unexpected though on when they will refresh their index.

Its by default page with WordPress so better to remove that page and use link removal tools, to remove it from all search engine.
