I won an Ebay case as a buyer, do I need to return the item?

I opened a case, got no reply from the seller, escalated the case and won. Ebay issued me with a full refund, so do I need to return the item? It doesn't say anything about that in the message it sent me, but is it expected?

since you have all your money back, the item no longer belongs to you--return it to the seller so both of you will be in position before the transaction began.
