i need help internet?
i want to crate a high ping for my internet any one know a program
lol sorry did not really tell u why i do not have control of the router and i do pay half of the bill but my other 2 room mates that dont pay anything is all ways on there xbox using all the internet and kicking me off i would like to ping it to boot them off as many times as i need to
