I really like this girl but don't know what to do or how to make a move?

I really like this girl, but I don't know how to make move on her. We talk quite a bit and get along well. If she did a 'like for words' thing on Facebook shed say I'm a lovely person, easy to talk to, good music taste, etc. She also says I should hang out with her group of friends, since we don't hang out that often. She's also offered to dye my hair this summer, also told me to say to my family that she loves them after I made a remark about them (I find that odd, really).
I really like her, but don't know how to make a move because she often has boyfriends and all that. What can I do?

tell her that you really like her and that its a great idea to dye your hair and when she dyes it, make out with her afterwards to say thanks
