The best way to market your blog is by submitting link on some directories and bookmarking sites. You can also do some blog commenting on your niche and provide link of your blog and submit links on different social media sites on technical pages like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.

use social bookmarking
create a google video with a link to your site
comment on related blogs and forums
you can also use paid traffic like PPC from google or Facebook ads
