why cant I download files off the internet on my samsung s3 mini?
When I try and download a file it says "starting dowload" but nothing happens. I have checked all my files including downloads and never find anything?

Please help!?

First thing you can do is use a suitable browser like Opera Classic (not the new opera) then try to download your file... Onve your file has been downloaded go to your My Files then Phone Memory then download... If you do not find your file there then download this app: Androzip pro/lite... Open androzip and find your phone memory (usually you dont have to do this)... then move down to your downloads and open the folder... Im sure you will find your desired download
