Type in a tumblr blog but get a co.vu page?
I was seeing if this person was current;y using or just saving this URL but when I typed it in it brought be to a co.vu page with a different URL than I had typed. Does this mean that the person is currently using the URL or is it linked to go to their page or something else?

Yes, I think it means that they're using the url. They have a custom domain that it redirects you to when you go to the url.
