Do famous people go on their Facebook pages?

I'm talking about the fan pages. It's not like a regular profile, but you become a fan and write on their walls. Or do people associated with them run the pages?

Yes but they don't read everything that is not in relation to them and their close friends. Take micheal phelps he does but he even tries to get back to everyone. OR it may be a fake person acting like a famous person so watch for them. OR it may just be a fan site. Basicly

The only real profile owned by a celebrity I know for sure is Weird Al.
