want to delete all advertising from mail?

I have just started to receive advertisements from Yahoo that I cannot delete and I want to delete all advertisements not just some of them. The idea that I can't delete them is frustrating

They are the sort of reputable business that should comply, if you click the opt-out link legal emailers are required to include at the end of an email.
There is little you can do about the Russian email spammers sending millions in a day, using a different name and email address each time, typically you just have to train your email software to send these to the spam mail box.
