Is there a chance they would accept an idea, or at least look at it?

Is there a chance they would accept an idea, or at least look at it?
I am currently producing an idea for a character for the next Tekken Game. The character is a boy named Donavan (not related to me)who is driven to compete by an innate sense of anger, which he tried to control for his mother. however, he only succeeded in making it worse, and he began fighting a lot more. His mother, who was timid and fearful, abandoned him and remarried. Little did she know that it would only add fuel to the fire. Eventually, he learns of the The King of Iron Fist tournaments, but he doesn't compete in any of them for he felt that he didn't need it and tried to get help on his own. However, once he realizes that all he has done was fight, he decides to compete to control his anger. He falls in love with Lili de Rochefort and sees King II as a father figure. His rivals are Hwoarang and his Doppelganger.

The second character is a doppelganger that was 'born' when Donavan blacks out during a fit of rage in a street fight. He escapes into the woods and lives like a wolf, only speaking in barks and growls and killing animals, not just for food though. One day after two months, he wanders into civilization and notices Donavan, and realizes that he looks just like him. He sets out to destroy him, but eventually begins to call him 'brother'.

This idea has been in months in the making and recently I've decided to put this project to good use. However, we realized that there was a high chance that they wouldn't accept it. But, we also realized that they might just look at it. So, is there a chance that the developers would at least look at the idea? I've already sent the biographies to the company that makes Tekken, but they haven't responded. At the end of the month, I'm going to send a package that has the information, movesets and alternate costumes and pictures of the character. But, we might just be doing this in vain. Should we give up, or should we keep going and send it?

If you're wondering who we is, I've thought about this with a friend of mine.
I'm asking if this idea will have a chance to be at least looked at.
