how do i get instagram on my samsung fascinate?

I just switched to the Samsung fascinate and i searched under the market and Instagram is no where to be found. Also the phone does not have Google play and it is a newer phone than my other one.
How do i get google play?

You can upgrade to Google Play manually and then Instagram should pop up on the market

If you open the Instagram link on a computer, you will be taken to the Google Play website, where you can wirelessly install the application. If you open the link on your phone, you will be taken to the Google Play application.
