HELP! ARMOR FOR ANDROID ANTIVIRUS WONT UNINSTALL OFF PHONE?!?!?

I was on my phone, a Samsung Galaxy Prevail downloading music. Suddenly, a window pops up saying a virus called TapSnake is on my phone. So it said to download and install Armor for Android. Im thinking this stupid app would help get rid of the possible virus. Im now thinking this APP IS THE VIRUS! Now I can't go on Instagram, wtf!! Im on wifi. I tried to uninstall this app and it says uninstall not succesful. Someone help?!

Go to Settings->Location and Security->Select Device admins->Uncheck Armor

Thank you it worked for me as well!!! But I had to go back and uninstall after following those steps to finally get rid of it!!!

Same thing has happend to me but it wont let me uncheck it it just asks me to deactivate it so I hit yes and the screen goes away and its still there with a green check mark. Please help me!
