Has anyone ever bought off this website and would recommend it and confirm it's reliable?
And are the dresses an exact copy of the celebrity ones displayed in the pictures, or just slightly similar dress?

That 27 month old site is registered to a Hong Kong address you can verify by clicking the Trustwave seal at the bottom. Otherwise they are concealing the fact that they are a Chinese business, generally more risky to deal with, though their site seems a lot safer than a hardcore here today gone tomorrow counterfeit site.
