Would getting more GB on my i phone make my I phone act normal again??(SEE DETAILS) (PLEASE HELP!? 10 PTS)?
I cant even update to ios 7 because I have no gb left on my phone I know the main reason is because I have like 14,000 & something pictures..I'm a picture hoarder & I love taking pictures Its really hard for me to delete pictures & also, I dont really wanna delete my pictures.I can't even open up my camera anymore because something pops up & says I need more space..I've even deleted all my music & all my apps & I still have 0 gb..I have like frozen apps on my home screen from where I tried to update them but I guess they could never load So im actually not even able to delete those apps (its about 3 ) there just there frozen & when I hold my screen to delete they just stay still and dont wiggle & I dont get the option to delete them...Sometimes my sister sends me text & I don't even get them unless i delete like 10 useless pictures..Same with youtube on safari the video will not even play unless I delete a few pictures..My phone says I have 0 gb even when I do delete pictures..Do you think buying more gb would help my phone I just have the regular average lowest amount of gb on my phone well I had that many to start with.Oh & if anyone was wondering I take my pictures with Instagram (my only app) which saves them to my camera roll since I cant open my camera..I cannot get anymore apps either?
Also, If anyone knows how much it would cost to buy more GB could you please tell me (I have an I phone 5) not sure if that matters though

14K? Offload them to your computer. No reason to keep them all on the phone, just open windows explorer and cut / paste them all over.

Nada. You cannot add any more gb's to an iPhone. They are locked and sealed and don't work the way Androids do. If you have a 16gb phone in reality all you have is about 13.5 to store things. iOS 7.1 takes at least 1.2gb to install--not that it will take that much space permanently. It needs that much breathing room to work to update.
The only way is for you to 'move' your pics to a PC/Mac, do the update and then put some of them back.
Connect the phone to a computer like you're turning on iTunes--just don't go into iTunes.
See the window below as example.
Select import pictures and move all of them so that you have a back up on your local hard drive.
Choose a file to store all of them in so you can get them back on later.
Check the box to 'delete when transferred'.
Transfer them--it will take some time. Make sure they are deleted from phone too.
Double check they are in the file where you sent them before you disconnect the cord.

Do iOS upgrade then plug phone into iTunes.
Go under photos and tell iTunes to copy the moved photos back onto iPhone--usually have to put a check by the file folder name.
Don't put all of them back on there or you will still have zero gb and no room. Try deleting a bunch of apps you don't need or use either to help. Try to keep almost a gb of free space on phone if you can so it can function properly.
Best luck.

I would get rid of anything on your phone that you no longer need (photos, videos, apps etc). You could either delete them entirely or just store them on something else e.g. a laptop. You should then have plenty of memory for iOS 7 and anything else you want to save to your device.
