It really seems like you want to check up on someone else's internet history, and that's not a nice thing to do. If you don't trust the person, break ties with him :-p

Secondly, if the internet's history is for example in Google Chrome, it's kept online. If the internet history in the account settings is deleted, or it's just not turned on, then bad luck. There's no way for you to recover any information.

However, if the person doesn't use the online internet history -the local history instead- and that's just been deleted, there are tons of file recovery programs that could bring back removed files.
Check out http://pcsupport.about.com/od/filerecove...ograms.htm
Of course, this involves installing software on the computer!

Even if you can't recover any files, there are other ways to check where a user's been. For example you can check which cookies are placed on the computer.

Even though cookies may not tell the whole story, it can tell you which sites are visited. If you see a cookie from xhamster.com for example, you won't see which video has been watched, but you'll know that the person will have looked at porn.

History and cookies are completely different things but can give you similar information. There is a chance that people remove their history (or just don't keep it at all) but don't think about removing their cookies.

But seriously, if you're not checking your own deleted history, please refrain from checking up on someone else. It's a really nasty habbit and just like you can't trust that person, it makes it hard for others to trust you as well.
