So I was friends with this guy for a year. Always been friends. Back in February he said he was working things out with his ex so we didn't talk for a month. We got back into contact and we hung out and wound up having sex. I had such a feeling he had something going on with his ex so I told him the sex has to end. About an hour hour I saw he deleted me off Facebook and I saw that he changed his profile picture to him and her. I feel so betrayed cause he told me nothing was going on, there's no title. I know I have to move on but I want to tell him off so bad! I know it's immature and all but what should I do? Should I leave it or talk to him? Again, we were friends...

You need to confront him. But do so in an objective, controlled, manner. Talk to him like an adult and tell him that you feel he has betrayed you. If I were you, I'd also tell his ex that the two of you were having sex and that he is not to be trusted. That way you save her from the same bullshit.
