Please complete a security check facebook problem?

I verified my account by phone on the facebook developer 2 days ago, and received the confirmation code in my phone, I did it successfully. But today, facebook just keeps telling me "Please complete a security check"!! The old code doesn't work, and "Resend code" button makes me "You are trying too often...".
Could you please tell me how to fix this? How to request facebook resend new code to my phone?
Ps: The "Forget your password" doesn't work at all(.

Thats wild my phone did that i gave up on it and a few weeks later it was back on by itself. Maybe try deleting your account or starting a new one
