How do i sell Avon online?

I signed up for Avon and have my own website set up and everything. My sister recently placed an order and it says it under current orders, but how do i actually put in the order for all of my customers? My sister also said that my shipping is not set up for household shipping. Also if people are ordering online and get the products shipped to my house, how do i make my commission on those items if i am not getting cash from them. Please help! Thanks

do social media so that people aware of your services.
write or hire a content writer to write of your best services and link points to the internal pages.
do some link building.
make sure that you have placed the meta desc and title not excedding limit.
and have sitemap in your website .

I dont think thier terms and conditions alllows you to do that

You should have a Director or someone you can ask about these things. All of these things should have been told to you up front before joining so that you know how everything works. I would get in touch with your upline and find out what you need to do.
