Do i still need to add keyword to ...?

I have a all in one SEO plugin for my word press blog. Do i still need to add key words to the wordpress section that says 'tags' on the left side of a post. Or is it not necessary because i have the seo all in one plugin that also has add keyword option? and if i do add the same keywords to the tags section will it be classed as keyword stuffing ?

some seo plugins are better than others, but it would not hurt to place keywords there yourself...however keep in mind that IF you are placing keywords there for Goog, they may not use any of yours or the plug in

You've made a very good choice by using that plugin.
Now about the "tags" I recommend you to keep using them but just make sure they are related to your blog content.
