Does Facebook ban IP's?

My flatmate runs his own website & keeps spamming people on facebook to generate activity. He has had plenty of accounts banned from there & I'm concerned he may end up getting our IP banned & I won't be able to access my account. Does anyone know if facebook bans IP's at all?

if people have reported the ip for spam then it cold have been banned by facebook.

I will be honest and tell you,that you need to tell your freind just to stop,because none of us facebook users even like your advertising in the first place,so we dont click on them anyway,as far as the banning thing goes,i believe they will only ban you if they get alot of complaints from the users that they are getting spam from him,so just tell him to stop completely.
