Will Facebook and Twitter become 'old'?

Of course they will! Everything does. The manual printing press changed the world, but nobody's excited about it any more, now that we can all publish anything almost instantly and effortlessly to millions of readers. In 100 years when we're beaming sensations directly into each other's brains through our wifi brain implants (or whatever), nobody's going to remember Facebook.
