I'm having a problem with ebay?

Ok i bought some nike shoes and on the left shoe the nike swoosh has bad stitching the right one is flawless bit the left one looks alright justo not as good as the right one the i looked up the seller i clicked one the same shoes i bought and it said no returnes but all i want is to exchange my left shoe is there anything i can do i.payd $515 for them ps they are new and dont look the same as the picture he used i think he used another pair for the pictures the pictures he has one ebay had perfect stitching on both shoes but my left shoe the,nike swoosh has bad stitching i checked and he has another same pair as the one he sold me in my size is their anyway i can make him change my left shoe or what can i do
