Sudden Radical Drop In Internet Speed Mbps?

Hello, here's my problem : Usually my internet download speed is about 90-100 mbps and 70-80 mbps upload speed but few minutes ago I realized that currently I download at about 2.5 mbps and upload with 0.5 mbps.It's blatantly obvious that this is huge gap and I can't realize what might be the problem.Could it be that my IPS is just having some problems or there could be a problem on my side?I haven't touched anything connected with the internet options.

Call your ISP if their service is down at the moment or not.
If your ISP is ok, then try calling them to fix it.

Except it you can reset your router but do it if you know how to do it. Otherwise wait for the technicians.
