wireless router won't connect to modem?

Hi my power went off and now my wireless will not connect to my modem at all but was fine before anyone got any tips?

Hi the power going off has suffered a power surge which has destroyed either the modem or the wifi router. so you need to replace one or the other. take them to a tech he/she can advise you which needs to be replaced. that is why most use a combination modem and router.
