EBay, My Bid Canceled?
This guy is selling a thing I want to bid on, and in the description it says "if you don't have 15 or more refs, I'll cancel your bid" I got 0 refs, because I'm new to eBay, and he doesn't give me a reason why I need to have 15 refs, so if I win the eBay bid can he go and cancel it? Can I not get eBay Support to do something about it? I really think its unfair.

A seller has a right to state his policy and that is a good idea. The seller wants someone with a little history in paying for things they buy. So many buyers scam sellers and it wastes a sellers time and money to have buyers not pay. He is trying to get a little insurance against a flaky buyer.

I wont sell to someone with no feedback history either.
