Internet suddenly slow down ?

My internet connection was very fast that i can watch youtube 720p videos and i can download some torrents while playing online games. But now my internet suddenly slow down my i can only watch 144p videos and it also buff. Help me Plsss

You must have used a lot of bandwidth. torrenting can be very network intensive. ontop of that you were streaming. unplug your router/modem from power for 1 minute. reconnect and let it bootup. if you still get slow speeds your internet service provider has capped your speeds give it about a a few hrs to days. also the bandwidth usually resets once a month.

one last thing is to make sure your completed torrent downloads aren't seeding this slows down your network.
