Hi everyone. I'm 18 and there's this girl I'm really into. She's in the year below. We've met eyes a lot. And I'm friends with her on Facebook/snapchat/twitter. I just haven't talked to her. When and where do I talk to her and what do I talk to her about?

Alright... I would say you should meet eyes again and hold it. If she holsd it... It's a great sign. If she doesn't, it could mean she's shy. But.. If you've noticed her locking eyes with you... Then she likes you. So like I said... Do it once more and maybe give a little half smile. Then, I would private message her on fb (if she responds well to your eye contact), and say something like "hey, I think you're really pretty, I would like to get to know you." Maybe you can start waving after that, then strike up a conversation... As simple as "hey, how are you". Then you can start eating lunch with her, Etc. Take it slowly and you two will start becoming closer.
