How can I improve the rankings and site visits of my blog?

My website http://www.InspiringBeauties.com (Photo Gallery) is a 5 month old blog which receives an average of 10,000 Page views a Day mostly from Asia. I've already Done some basic SEO like adding Meta Tags, Keywords and Description, Alt and Tag description in every images. I also used scoop.it, pinterest and diigo for social bookmarks. To increase readership, I installed Zemanta and Linkwithin. To make it more sociable, I used Facebook Comments.

Aside from Facebook Ads, I also advertise my site in Google Adwords, Yahoo Bing Ads and Advertising.com

I wonder, is there anyone out there who can give me an excellent advice on how to achieve the following:

1. Increase the page views to 100,000 per day
2. Get a Higher CPC from Adsense.
3. Reach Page rank 2 within this year.
