Many of us are addicted to this particular social media websites. It's not your only case, don't panic! Recently, I've de-activated my Facebook account for a few months to finalise a research paper, and it worked...especially because I was using Twitter as an alternative, and didn't feel it was taking much of my time and effort. I think that you need to plan your time very well and create a diary (or to-do lists) so as to jot down any forthcoming tasks/missions you need to undertake. Besides, you need to rate the list and categorise it into priorities (e.g. Priority A, Priority B, Priority C, etc.) and deal with each in terms of emergency. Good luck!

It's really very bad habit; try to move on it by passing your time to another activity or to make busy yourself to another work.
