Why did I never receive the CD I ordered on Ebay?
I ordered a CD on Ebay over a week ago. The charge went through, according to my bank statement, but I never got the CD. Also, I noticed that I never even got a confirmation E-mail. When I went back to message the seller, I found that the item is not even in my purchase history on Ebay. But I know that it was ordered because I ordered it and the payment was taken out of my bank account.

What should I do?

I'd start by contacting ebay and inquiring about why the purchase isn't showing up in your purchase history.

report it to eBay
report it to your credit card company (assuming that you paid that way or via PayPal)
