Fedex- No Door Tag Why?!?

I went out to the post office to mail something, and my son(age 16) Was at home to look out for the package, and he said there was no doorbell rung, and there was no door tag. Can I call to pick it up? But there isn't proof to show them. Thanks

You look on the internet via the tracking number to figure out what is happening.
If no little notice about an attempted delivery, maybe it has not arrived yet.
There should be a status.
It would show "Out For Delivery"
Then it would update to "Attempted delivery"
Then they would try delivery the next day.
You can try to contact them and ask them to hold it for pickup and what you need is the tracking number and there is a number to call at the web site. It would be held at the nearest center they use for inventory and sometimes is a long drive.
Just check the status on the internet and I hope you have the tracking number, or start by getting that from whomever sent the package.
