is it possible for torrents to not affect internet speed?
i am stuck with this problem for years now my sister uses alot of torrents at the same time (dont comment tell her to stop them) she wont stop them anyway we are forced to have slow net
is there any other possible way

i think she should limit the downloading speed, let's say, 70% of the overall bandwidth...

same problem here, unless you can go to her PC and limit her downloading speed, and it helps if you have a fast PC
