How can I become a better person? 10 points best answer :)?
We all at some point of our lives realize that our current lifestyle may not be the best. Seeing other people's way of handling life harmoniously. I want to be more positive, challenge life and be a role model for others; I understand it is not easy but isn't it worth a try? What things do you do everyday that you can tell are your best characteristic?

If you want to be more positive, and you're always snapping back at people all the time like me, force your friends to jinx you. Let them see how long you can go w/o talking. I tried this once, and it made me rethink about a million insults to people. It made me rethink and made me a better person. That's step one: to be nicer.

If you want to overcome challenges in your life, make goals. How are you going to achieve something if you don't know what to achieve? I have a list that I keep, and you can have yours-- just to remind you that there's something worth living for. Remember this quote for the rest of your life: Do one scary thing a day. Don't do anything stupid, but something along the lines of trying a new dish at your favorite restaurant or trying a new style.

By being a role model for others, you've got to work hard. Use the Stay Focusd app for Google Chrome if you find that you've been procrastinating too much on the internet, and it'll make you block the distracting pages like Youtube of Facebook. Work. Hard. You can do anything if you work hard.

As for everyday, wake up early, no matter what. But give yourself a cheat day. Saturday is mine, so that I can look forward to something and motivate myself to work harder. Find music that you enjoy, and you can even buy a boombox (I recommend the Logitech Wireless one) so that you can blare it out around your house. I use it to wash dishes lol. Sleep early, too. Your lungs, heart, and brain are always developing or remending itself when you sleep, and studies show that the more you sleep, the more you lose weight. On the plus side, it makes your skin look great!
