Why does my Internet do this?

My internet always connects when the minutes are 29 and 59.

So at 1:59 my internet will shut down and at 2:29 it will shut off again.

I was wondering if I call my operator about this if it's a problem that is going on or if it's someone on my network?

If it's like clockwork every half hour, call your provider. That wouldn't be explained by someone on your network. Before you call, unplug your modem and router for 2 minutes, then plug them back in and see if the problem goes away.

It is possible for two devices on the network to kick each other off because they're trying to use the same address. How many devices are on your network?
